When do you intervene after construction?
We can intervene as soon as works are finished, ideally before client handover or fit-out begins. We adapt to site timelines.
Do you also clean windows after construction?
Yes. Post-construction window cleaning is included in our standard service: removal of paint marks, cement, silicone from glazing, frames, and casings.
Are you SIA-compliant?
Yes. Our protocols comply with SIA 118 requirements for cleanliness at handover. We can provide an intervention report for your handover dossiers.
Do you work on all types of sites?
Yes: apartment renovation, offices, villas, new builds, commercial premises. We adapt our team and equipment to each project.
How long does post-construction cleaning take?
Depending on size: 4h for an 80 m² apartment, a full day for 300 m², several days for large projects. We establish a precise schedule at the quoting stage.
What is the rate for post-construction cleaning in Geneva?
From CHF 350 for an apartment up to 80 m², CHF 600–1200 for 150–300 m², on quote for large sites. Free visit possible.
