1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the HopMove website and our moving, cleaning, or disposal services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, you may not access our services.

2. 100% Handover Guarantee

Our "100% Agency Handover Guarantee" applies specifically to our end-of-tenancy cleaning services. We guarantee that the property will pass the agency (Régie) inspection. If deficiencies are found, we will return to rectify them at no extra cost, provided we are notified within 48 hours.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service date. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Canton of Geneva.
